These are better than the gyoza I used to get at izakayas in Tokyo! The filling is perfectly seasoned and the pleating technique in the video is easy to follow. I made 60 and froze half - they cook straight from frozen beautifully. The dipping sauce is essential!
Made these for a dinner party and they were the star of the show! The crispy bottom is so satisfying. I added some extra ginger and a touch of white pepper. Will definitely be making these regularly!
